RediRewards® FAQs

If you are at least eighteen years old, you are eligible to be a RediRewards member! All RediRewards members are limited to maintaining only one account. Corporations, groups and/or associated entities do not qualify for RediRewards membership.

Your RediRewards member account does not qualify as a valid form of identification, so make sure when you check-in to bring a valid form of identification, such as a valid driver's license, passport or military identification.

Members always receive the lowest available rate when booking on redroof.com, the Red Roof mobile app 1-800-RED-ROOF, 1-877-EXTENDED, or directly at the hotel.

Member Exclusives Rates apply only to U.S. hotels.

RediPoints are points earned by members when staying at any of our U.S. locations. Your RediPoints can be redeemed for free nights, discounted stays, gift cards and select merchandise through RediShop and discounts on quality products and services through RediAccess®.

RediPoints are earned in the following ways:

• 10 points per dollar at Red Roof Inn, Red Roof PLUS+® and The Red Collection® locations
• 5 points per dollar at HomeTowne Studios by Red Roof™ locations

RediAccess® lets members enjoy discount offerings across thousands of businesses, including:

• Events and amusement parks
• Car rentals and airlines
• Restaurants
• Childcare and lifestyle services
• Fitness and wellness services
• Auto and financial services
• Local and national coupons

RediRewards members must sign in to their account to see the discounts offered through RediAccess®.

RediSave allows members to book a 30% discount at any of our locations on any day when you combine your RediPoints with an accepted form of payment. RediPoints are required for each night to be booked with the discount.

As a member, you can redeem your RediPoints for a 30% discount in the following ways:

• 4,250 points per night for 30% discount at Red Roof Inn® and Red Roof PLUS+® locations
• 3,750 points per night for 30% discount at HomeTowne Studios by Red Roof® locations
• 7,000 points per night for 30% discount at The Red Collection® locations

• Use your RediPoints to purchase gift cards or merchandise through our online catalogue. Just log into your account and click on RediShop.
• Only available to U.S. residents.

You can earn RediPoints with each stay at any of our U.S. locations that you booked on redroof.com, at the hotel or by calling 1-800-RED-ROOF or 1-877-EXTENDED. You cannot earn RediPoints when booking through third-party websites or pre-paid channels, such as (but not limited to) Expedia, Travelocity, Orbitz, Hotels.com, booking.com and Priceline.

The amount of RediPoints you receive is based on the room rate* per night during your stay. You receive 10 points per dollar at Red Roof Inn, Red Roof PLUS+® and The Red Collection® locations and 5 points per dollar at HomeTowne Studios by Red Roof™ locations.

*Applies to all locations in the United States.

RediPoints are only earned on rooms occupied by the RediRewards member (limited to one room per night). Only the RediRewards member that earned the RediPoints can redeem free nights and discounts. RediPoints are not transferable, not even to another RediRewards member.
