The purpose of the websites are as follows:  (1) display of travel related and brand information; (2) the sharing of third party experiences regarding travel, and (3) allow guests and potential guests to book hotel accommodations with participating Red Roof Inn locations. These websites include: www.redroof.com, www.gomoregobetter.com and www.redrooffranchising.com (collectively, our “Websites”).  These Websites are controlled and operated from the United States of America and are subject to United States law. Throughout the Websites, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Red Roof. The term “You,”  “Your” and “User” refers to the individual accessing the Websites. All capitalized terms are defined herein.

By accessing or using the Websites You accept all the terms and conditions set forth in these Terms of Use. If You do not agree to these Terms of Use, use of any Website is prohibited. Red Roof reserves the right to restrict access to the Websites to anyone at any time in all cases related to violations of these Terms of Use. Red Roof also reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change and or modify portions of these Terms of Use at any time without notice and, unless otherwise indicated, such changes will become effective immediately upon posting. The Websites are designed for persons 18 years of age or older. You may only create a link from Your personal computer or website to respective the Website’s home page for the purpose of making a reservation, enrolling in one of our programs or to obtain information on Red Roof and its business.
