2.    If within 24 hours of your booking you find a lower rate for the same hotel, room type, number of guests, terms and conditions and reservation dates (and such rate is not available on redroof.com), submit a claim form. You may search anywhere online for lower hotel rates, but your claim form must be submitted within twenty-four (24) hours of booking AND at least one (1) business day before your scheduled arrival date.

3.    If the lower hotel rate you found qualifies, Red Roof will match the rate for that stay and give you enough RediRewards® RediPoints for a future FREE night's stay (subject to the following Terms and Conditions).
