Making a claim is easy with the Red Roof RediPromise®

Once you book a room using a direct Red Roof reservation channel, the "Comparison Rate" must be found and a completed claim form must be submitted within 24 hours and at least one business day prior to your arrival. The Comparison Rate must be for the same Red Roof hotel, the same room type, the same number of guests and reservation dates. The same cancellation and advance purchase policies, and other terms and conditions governing the rates must apply. If the lower rate is also available on redroof.com, the RediPromise does not apply.


The form indicates all required information for your claim. You will need to provide the confirmation number for at least one reservation booked through an online Red Roof reservation channel (the official redroof.com website or by calling 1-800-RED-ROOF). You will also need to provide the web address (URL) of the website where you found the lower Comparison Rate. Red Roof will contact you within one business day of submitting your claim.
